Reports: If you purchased or preordered a team or corporate license to a DCI report, then you will receive an email with a download link for the report. THE EMAIL WILL BE YOUR RECEIPT. It will include your name, the item that you have purchased, the price, and your unique transaction ID. If you purchased or preordered a single-user license for a report, you will receive a follow-up email within two business days.

Webinars: If you purchased a registration for a single webinar or the Drug Channels 2024 video webinar series, you will receive an email from Zoom with a unique link to view the event and add it to your calendar before each event. Emails will be sent as soon as possible. If you purchased a registration for a replay, then you will receive an email from Zoom with a link to access the webinar replay video within 24 hours of your purchase.
